Both Business and Professional profiles allow you to edit and change your information as necessary. Simply hit the “Edit Profile” button at the bottom of your Profile Page. Your information is updated live. Be sure to refresh your internet browser to see the updated changes.
While we hope this never happens, it is a reality that it probably will. A good contract will help resolve many of the issues that may arise - visit our SUPPORT section for explanations and examples of NDA’s and agreement contracts that you are free to use. The Biz ConneXion will encourage both parties to resolve their issues. Remember your terms and conditions are set between you both, the Business and the Professional; we cannot interfere or act as a moderator to your contracts.
Our plans are to continuously re-invest in The Biz ConneXion in order to provide an increasingly more effective way of making connections and networking with other professionals. As we add functionality - that will be added to your subscription membership.
Our system functions on a search engine. The more precise you can be about who you are, the accuracy of your expertise and skill sets that you can provide, the better we can generate a match between you and a prospective business client.

We wish you would reconsider. But we will review and honor all reasonable reasons for cancelation within the first 5 business days after activation. Not getting clients is not a valid reason for cancelation. The Biz ConneXion may cancel your account and at their discretion prorate the balance of your membership. Requests for cancelation must be sent to contact@thebizconneXion.com along with your account user ID and the reason for cancelation.
There are many models that can be used to administer this kind of process. We’ve chosen to charge a nominal fee to subscribe to our service. Our fee is generally less than one (1) hours client consulting. It means you recoup your investment within the first hour. This allows you to negotiate freely with Business clients your own terms and conditions and eliminates us taking a “cut” or “fee” out of your compensation, 100% of what you earn is 100% your revenue.
It is up to the Professional to make sure the Business does in fact leave a rating for you and the work you delivered. It is voluntary system, much the same as the rating system at ebay. It is therefore in the best interest of the Professional that they to do the best job they can for their clients. If a Business has not given you a rating, you should contact them and request that they do so.
This is purely a self-regulating function. We do not monitor, nor validate the ratings. Should we feel that you are being abused, we may at our discretion remove, but not change a rating. We would only do this after proof that the Business and the Professional have tried to resolve and differences. We may also ask for validation that a Professional actually worked for and was paid by a Business for their services.
Is your account still active? Have your renewed your subscription? We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an account (see Terms and Conditions) if we believe that the T&C’s you agreed to have been violated. If you think there has been a mistake. Please contact us with your account ID for resolution.
As part of our effort to provide confidentiality for Businesses, we limit your visibility to only your own business postings.
Until the site and the Professional pick up momentum, there will be few ratings. Please check their profile for references they have supplied. It is perfectly acceptable to request additional references from your chosen Professional in order to raise your level of confidence in their abilities.
You will search through our search engine. The more precise you can be about who you are, what business your in and the expertise and skill sets your looking for, the better match we can generate between you and your prospective Professionals.
You should give feedback on your Professionals performance when your business is concluded. This allows you to register your level of satisfaction, and it helps the Professional deliver you excellent service. It also helps to give other Businesses (or you in a future dealing) an idea of how good a professional is to work with. The better the Professionals rating, the higher the perceived credibility. This is not a guarantee, but one of many ways of qualify and select the right Professional for the job. No one is perfect. 5 stars does not mean the person was perfect. It should indicate to everyone who views that Professionals profile, that they are highly recommended to other business clients.
