thebizconneXion is the brainchild of Phil Wilton and Rich Neumann, two senior executives who found themselves recent victims of the economic down turn. Frustrated with the "traditional" job search prospects and finding it difficult to connect with companies who could use their skills on a project or consulting basis, they made their own solution - thebizconneXion.
Phil Wilton is a sales and service support expert in Hi-Technology industries. Phil has worked and specialized in technology businesses ranging from Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, Health, Nursing and Hospital systems, Hotel systems, Industrial Fire and Burglar Alarms, RF Microwave and Data Transmission and Front End Semiconductors.
He has worked globally in sales and service roles and has developed business across East and West Europe, Israel, USA, China, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore as well as establishing foreign representative organizations in both the sales and service disciplines.
In senior executive, roles, Phil is often referred to as the “rainmaker” that is dispatched to resolve the needs that corporate organizations have with internal and external departments. Phil resides in those disciplines and global geographical locations, establishes the goals, strategically works the scenarios and tactically turns the business around to deliver the results. He is comfortable working with engineering, technical, administrative, and financials through to C level contacts.
Richard Neumann was born in Burbank, California in 1957. He is the son of a Rocket Scientist and an accomplished Ballerina and Movie Actress. These diametrically opposing influences of logic and creativity have given Richard a unique approach to life. He has found that this rare combination provides him with a unique ability to apply creative solutions to business and to apply strategy to creative endeavors. Rich's financial career has led him across a broad spectrum of industries from heavy manufacturing, to agriculture, to high tech and entertainment. He has been CFO for a number of companies including a half-billion dollar agricultural operation. He currently consults as a CFO and Business Advisor to start-up and transitional phase companies. Richard is also an accomplished screenwriter and published author.
